- Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery
- A valid Return Authorization Code is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Clothing showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and bodysuits (hygiene reasons)
- Products with removed or damaged tags
- Items purchased during flash sales unless specified otherwise

Step 2: Package Your Items
- Use protective packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Include original invoice or a note with order number and RA code
- Securely seal the package
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Use trackable shipping service for your protection
- Send tracking information to returns@thesmartdeals.online
- We are not liable for returns lost or damaged during shipping
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers responsible for return shipping costs unless error is ours
4. Exchange Options
We facilitate exchanges for:
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped in error
- Size exchanges when inventory permits

5. Final Sale Items
